We provide detailed drawings of our products on the website for you to select the proper size findings for your jewelry. If you need to exchange for a different size, you may do so within 10 days of purchase providing they haven't been altered or installed and you cover the cost of shipping. If you return an items for a refund within 10 days of receipt, there will be a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.
